Board Members
Saurav Sanyal is the Managing Partner of Strategica LLP, a management consulting firm based in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi. Strategica advises the boards of a number Indian and international companies on strategies for global expansion. Saurav’s experience spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, fintech, aviation, retail, energy, education, and ICT.
Saurav has also served as an advisor to Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, supporting high-level engagements and joint ventures. He has advised a number of Irish companies on their India expansion and also served on the Board of an Irish company. He currently serves on the Council of Directors of Gujarat University, one of India’s top universities. He is on the Board of Advisors of startups in Education, AI, Space and Fintech technologies. He also sits on the trade councils of several major chambers of commerce in India and has advised regarding the bilateral free trade agreements between India and a number of countries.
Saurav regularly speaks at a number of international conferences such as the World Economic Forum in Davos and the SECA conference in Switzerland in 2025.
With over two decades of extensive experience in the aviation industry, Amit stands as a distinguished expert in the technical and commercial oversight of aviation assets. As the Chief Intelligence Officer at Acumen Aviation for over seven years, he leads the charge in managing aircraft, engines, and parts, ensuring their optimal performance and value.
Amit's deep understanding of aviation valuation is underscored by his certification as a Senior Appraiser by the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), the foremost professional body in the field. His expertise spans a comprehensive range of activities, including market research, forecasting, physical inspections, audits, and the crucial processes of redeliveries and repossessions. He provides invaluable technical and asset management support to lessors, lessees, and investors alike.
Prior to his current role, Amit served as Chief Technical Officer at Acumen Aviation, where he was instrumental in monitoring aircraft and engine redeliveries, conducting physical inspections, and offering comprehensive technical asset management support to lessors. He has also held key positions such as SVP Technical & Asset Management and Vice President-Technical at Acumen Aviation Consultants LLP, demonstrating a consistent upward trajectory and increasing responsibility within the field.
Amit's career journey also includes significant tenures at InterGlobe General Aviation Pvt. Limited as a Senior Executive-Technical Services, and at Spicejet Limited as a Planning Engineer, where he was involved in aircraft routing, maintenance planning, and coordination across various departments. He began his professional aviation career at Air Deccan as a Technical Officer.
Further solidifying his credentials, Amit holds a Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate, showcasing his competency in providing expert testimony. He has also pursued advanced education in General Management Aerospace and Aviation from IIMBx | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
